Best Summer ‘24 Mocktail

Okay ladies and gents, I have entered my mocktail era… I am obsessed with mocktails. I’ve recently been placing a ton of focus on my gut health and rebalancing my biome. Doing so, I’ve become sober curious. Because quite frankly- alcohol doesn’t fit well in that equation.

Add the best part, it’s zero calorie and guilt free.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love the occasional nightly red.



This recipe is one of my favorites and I can’t wait to share it with you!




It’s a simple three-ingredient recipe and you most likely already have all of the ingredients in your house.




What you’ll need to make this magic happen:

  • Lemon

  • Sparkling water (flavor of your choice (I tend to prefer Bubbly Strawberry Sunset)

  • Splenda (or other artificial sweetener)



How to make it:

  1. I start by throwing a lemon slice in the air-fryer, because I love a good aesthetic and topper

  2. Grab a cute glass and squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon in the glass

  3. Add a whole can of Bubbly/sparkling water

  4. Add a packet of artificial sweetener (it’ll fizz up, it’s glorious). You can add a second packet if you tend to like your mocktail on the sweeter side rather than the tangy side.

  5. Add a few ice cubes

  6. Top it with the air-fried lemon

  7. Boom! Enjoy your new favorite summer mocktail
